Since 2003, our team has contributed to major projects across the Middle East, gaining extensive experience in large-scale oil and gas developments, industrial facilities, building and construction projects, and information technology initiatives. These projects were delivered in complex and high-risk environments where disciplined project governance, coordination of multiple stakeholders, and careful control of cost, schedule, and scope were essential.
In 2019, BIKUCROC expanded its operations to Australia, bringing this international project experience into the Australian market. Since then, the company has been supporting organisations with project management, business analysis, and operational advisory services across construction, facilities, and operational environments.
Today, BIKUCROC focuses on helping businesses and organisations plan, manage, and improve projects and operations through structured management practices, practical oversight, and clear communication with stakeholders.

BIKUCROC operates through four dedicated teams—Administration, Project Management, WHS Management, and Operational Management—working together to support our clients across a range of projects and environments.
All teams are led by experienced and qualified professionals and operate under the direction of a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of industry experience. Our team leaders bring strong technical knowledge, recognised certifications, and practical industry experience to ensure high standards across all services.
